When is my cashback credited?
Cashback is credited 14 days after your order — once the return period has ended. You don't need to do anything.
How long is my credit valid?
Your store credit is valid for 365 days from when it's credited. You'll get a reminder by email in good time before any credit expires.
Does redeeming credit affect my level?
No. Your level is based on the value of goods in your orders. Redeemed credit doesn't count as spend and doesn't affect your status.
What happens if I lose a level?
Your level is based on the last 365 days. If you drop below the threshold, you'll be informed by email in good time — so you have the chance to keep your level.
Does the discount apply to all Papers & Cones?
Yes, the discount is applied automatically — no coupon code needed. It applies to all products in the "Papers & Cones" category as soon as your account reaches Silver status.
Can I combine the papers discount with the cashback?
